Introduction

The smart pin 📍 allows for precise data localization on the 3D model. It is particularly useful for the precise localization of points, such as thickness measurements or identifying damages.

General Interface

If the smart pin is placed, user can access its controls directly from the property panel

User can zoom, reposition or delete the pin.

Add a Smart Pin

If the profile allows it, the users can place their own smart pins:

  1. Open the data table

  1. Select a row with the pin not yet placed.

  1. Click on the “+” button directly from the data table or from the property panel.

  1. Place the pin by clicking in the correct location on the 3D element then validate
